Casing / Shell

Round bottle shape designed casing can withstand high wind velocity, sudden shocks and vibrations than square type Cooling Towers. Round Shape has more strength than square shape for the same FRP thickness.

Round shape allows uniform air distribution which optimises the heat dissipation. Square shape do not allow uniform distribution which creates hot pockets of low heat dissipation.

ARTECH ENGINEERS take enough care for perfect sealing of the segments of the round tower by continuous type sealent during erection, so as to give same effect of one piece FRP molded casing for better performance of the tower.
